Skilled Nursing Facility Speech Language Pathologist (SLP) in Monticello, MN

Key Qualifications:

• Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology
• Current SLP license, with Certificate of Clinical Competence (SLP-CCC)
• Demonstrated experience working with early childhood (birth to five) populations
• Background in delivering both in-person and teletherapy services
• Strong communication and collaboration abilities with families and education professionals
• Familiarity with therapy documentation and IEP/IFSP processes

Primary Responsibilities:

• Evaluate, diagnose, and treat speech, language, and communication disorders in young children
• Provide therapy in both home and preschool settings to meet individual student needs
• Develop and implement evidence-based treatment plans, adjusting as needed for student progress
• Engage and educate families for optimal at-home practice and reinforcement
• Participate in interdisciplinary team meetings and contribute to assessments and educational planning
• Maintain organized records and required documentation for each child served
