Key Qualifications:

• Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program
• Current Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP)
• Active state licensure (or eligibility) to practice as an SLP
• Prior experience providing therapy in a school setting is preferred
• Strong interpersonal, organizational, and communication skills
• Ability to adapt quickly and work both independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team

Primary Responsibilities:

• Assess, diagnose, and develop individualized treatment plans for students with speech, language, voice, and fluency disorders
• Deliver therapy services in accordance with IEP goals, ensuring measurable progress for each student
• Collaborate with teachers, parents, and educational staff to support classroom integration and student success
• Maintain accurate records of assessments, sessions, and communications in compliance with school and state requirements
• Participate in IEP meetings and contribute to student evaluations and reports
• Promote a positive, inclusive, and encouraging classroom and therapy environment
