Pediatric Skilled Nursing Facility Speech Therapist - Mount Juliet, TN

Step into a rewarding contract opportunity providing specialized speech and language therapy services covering a maternity leave from August 4 through October 3, 2026. This full-time position offers the chance to make a meaningful difference in students’ lives across five days each week in a school-based setting near Mount Juliet, TN.

Qualifications and Experience:

• Hold a current Speech-Language Pathologist license and appropriate state credentials
• Certificate of Clinical Competence in Speech-Language Pathology (CCC-SLP), Clinical Fellowship Year (CFY), or eligibility for either
• Experience working in schools or with pediatric populations
• Skilled in a wide range of therapy techniques for supporting diverse student needs
• Ability to develop and implement Individualized Education Programs (IEPs)
• Strong communication and collaboration skills with staff and families

Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver individualized and group speech-language therapy to students in alignment with their IEP goals
• Conduct assessments and provide comprehensive evaluations for students referred for speech and language services
• Develop treatment plans based on assessment results and monitor progress
• Document all therapy activity in compliance with school and state requirements
• Collaborate with educators, support staff, and families to promote student success
• Participate in IEP meetings and contribute to multidisciplinary teams
