What We’re Looking For:
- Valid SLP license in Illinois
- Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology or Communication Disorders
- ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) preferred, or Clinical Fellowship Year candidates encouraged to apply
- Prior experience in a school or pediatric setting is highly desirable
- Knowledge of IEP process, goal-writing, and progress monitoring
- Excellent communication and organization skills
What You’ll Be Doing:
- Deliver evidence-based speech and language therapy to students with varying needs
- Conduct comprehensive assessments, develop treatment plans, and support IEP teams with recommendations
- Collaborate with educators, families, and multidisciplinary staff to maximize student success
- Document progress and report outcomes in a timely, professional manner
- Participate in team meetings, training, and professional development as required
