What We’re Looking For:

  • Valid SLP license in Illinois
  • Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology or Communication Disorders
  • ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) preferred, or Clinical Fellowship Year candidates encouraged to apply
  • Prior experience in a school or pediatric setting is highly desirable
  • Knowledge of IEP process, goal-writing, and progress monitoring
  • Excellent communication and organization skills

What You’ll Be Doing:

  • Deliver evidence-based speech and language therapy to students with varying needs
  • Conduct comprehensive assessments, develop treatment plans, and support IEP teams with recommendations
  • Collaborate with educators, families, and multidisciplinary staff to maximize student success
  • Document progress and report outcomes in a timely, professional manner
  • Participate in team meetings, training, and professional development as required
