Qualifications & Desired Experience:

  • Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program
  • Current state licensure (or eligibility) as a Speech-Language Pathologist
  • Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) preferred
  • Experience providing speech, language, and communication therapy, preferably in a school or pediatric setting
  • Strong collaboration skills for working with teachers, support staff, and families
  • Proficiency in implementing IEPs and maintaining accurate documentation

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct comprehensive assessments to identify students’ speech and language support needs
  • Develop and implement individualized treatment plans, targeting articulation, language, fluency, and pragmatic skills
  • Collaborate with educators and families to deliver effective intervention strategies
  • Maintain detailed and compliant records in line with local and federal regulations
  • Participate in IEP meetings, offering expert input and progress updates
  • Deliver services in both individual and group settings, adapting methods to diverse student needs
