Pediatric Skilled Nursing Facility Speech Language Pathologist (SLP) | Oakville, Washington

Qualifications and Desired Experience:

• Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology
• Valid SLP license and eligibility for Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) or Clinical Fellowship Year (CFY)
• Experience working in healthcare or school settings, preferably with pediatric populations
• Skilled in teletherapy and school-based SLP services
• Comfortable managing therapy for students across a range of needs and abilities
• Strong organizational and communication skills

Responsibilities:

• Deliver speech and language therapy virtually to PreK–2nd grade students, coordinating with an on-site SLPA
• Develop and implement individualized education program (IEP) goals
• Document therapy sessions, monitor progress, and update records regularly
• Collaborate with teachers, staff, and families to support student development
• Adapt interventions for students in high-needs programs to ensure accessibility and effectiveness
