School-Based Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) – Full-Time

We are seeking a dedicated and student-focused Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) to join a K–12 school district in Oroville, California, for the 2026–2027 school year. This full-time opportunity offers the chance to work with a diverse student population while collaborating with educators, families, and multidisciplinary teams to support student communication and academic success.

Responsibilities
- Conduct speech-language evaluations and develop individualized treatment plans.
- Provide direct and consultative speech-language therapy services to students.
- Develop, implement, and monitor IEP goals related to communication needs.
- Participate in IEP meetings and collaborate with teachers, parents, and school staff.
- Maintain accurate documentation and complete required compliance activities in a timely manner.
- Support students in accessing the curriculum by addressing speech, language, voice, fluency, and social communication needs.
Qualifications
- Current California Speech-Language Pathologist license.
- ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) preferred.
- California CTC Speech-Language Pathology Services Credential (or eligibility) preferred, as required by the district.
- School-based or pediatric experience is preferred but not required.
- Strong communication, collaboration, and organizational skills.
