Key Qualifications:

  • Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology
  • Valid SLP licensure with Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) or Clinical Fellowship Year (CFY) in progress
  • Demonstrated experience in pediatrics, school-based therapy, and collaboration with educators and families
  • Strong understanding of IEP process, documentation, and ARD/IEP meeting participation
  • Excellent interpersonal, communication, and organizational skills
  • Passion for working with younger children and supporting diverse learning needs

Role Responsibilities:

  • Deliver evidence-based speech, language, and communication therapy to students in grades PK-5
  • Develop and implement individualized therapy plans in line with each student’s goals
  • Conduct comprehensive assessments and provide timely, thorough documentation
  • Collaborate effectively with teachers, families, and multidisciplinary teams to foster student progress
  • Participate in IEP meetings and contribute to the development of supportive educational strategies
  • Maintain strong communication with caregivers to facilitate carryover of skills outside of the school setting

Job Details:

  • Enjoy a consistent weekday schedule: 7:45am to 4:30pm with a 30-minute duty-free lunch
  • Total of 38.75 working hours per week, holidays unpaid
