Key Qualifications:

  • Active California Speech-Language Pathologist license required
  • ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) or Clinical Fellowship Year (CFY) candidates encouraged to apply
  • Demonstrated experience in school-based, pediatric, or healthcare SLP settings
  • Proven skills in assessment, intervention, and progress monitoring for students ages PK–5th grade
  • Commitment to working fully in-person (no teletherapy or SLPA supervision)
  • Strong communication and documentation abilities

What You’ll Do:

  • Deliver direct speech, language, and communication interventions to elementary students
  • Develop and implement individualized education plans (IEPs) and therapy goals
  • Collaborate with special education teams, teachers, and families for holistic student support
  • Maintain accurate records and participate in IEP meetings, progress updates, and eligibility evaluations
  • Provide evidence-based therapy within a structured school environment
  • Adhere to district policies and schedules, working full days from 7:45am–4:30pm (plus a 30-minute duty-free lunch)
