Qualifications:

• Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program
• Active Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP)
• Valid state licensure or eligibility to obtain
• Previous experience working in a school or pediatric setting preferred
• Strong interpersonal, communication, and organizational skills
• Passion for fostering student growth and supporting diverse learning needs

Responsibilities:

• Provide individualized and group speech-language therapy to students, following established IEPs and evaluation protocols
• Assess, document, and monitor student progress; adapt strategies as needed to maximize success
• Collaborate with teachers, parents, and other multidisciplinary team members
• Attend meetings and contribute to the development and updating of student IEPs
• Educate and coach staff and families regarding communication disorders and strategies
• Maintain accurate records and ensure timely compliance with all state and federal guidelines
