Preferred Qualifications:

  • Active California Speech-Language Pathologist license
  • Bilingual fluency in Spanish and English
  • Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) or Clinical Fellowship Year (CFY) eligibility
  • Previous experience providing therapy to preschool-aged children
  • Strong background in assessment, diagnosis, and development of individualized service plans
  • Expertise in a range of SLP settings, including school-based environments
  • Familiarity with documentation procedures in educational settings
  • Collaborative mindset for working alongside families, teachers, and other professionals
  • Compassion and patience for supporting young learners’ growth

Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver direct speech and language therapy services to preschool students in-person
  • Evaluate and assess students for speech, language, and communication challenges
  • Develop, implement, and track individualized treatment plans
  • Collaborate with caregivers, educators, and multidisciplinary teams
  • Maintain accurate and timely documentation of progress and services
  • Provide culturally sensitive, bilingual support to meet students’ diverse needs
