Pediatric Skilled Nursing Facility Speech Language Pathologist (SLP) | Rockwood, Tennessee

Successful applicants will bring expertise in pediatric therapy and school-based speech services. You will manage a caseload across two schools (one elementary and one middle), working closely with educators, families, and other support staff to help students reach their communication goals.

Key Qualifications:

• Active Tennessee Speech-Language Pathology License (TN SLP)
• ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) or be in Clinical Fellowship Year (CFY)
• Previous experience serving pediatric or school-age students preferred
• Strong skills in assessment, treatment planning, and evidence-based therapeutic interventions
• Excellent collaboration, communication, and organizational abilities
• Comfort with both in-person and VOCO/virtual service delivery models (school will consider both options)

Core Responsibilities:

• Provide speech-language evaluations, IEP development, and individualized therapy for identified students
• Track progress and maintain accurate documentation in compliance with state and district requirements
• Work collaboratively with multidisciplinary teams, including teachers and families
• Participate in IEP meetings and offer professional recommendations to support student success
