Multiple positions are available across preschool, elementary, and middle school levels, allowing you to apply your expertise where it’s needed most.

Preferred Experience and Qualifications:

  • Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology or Communication Disorders
  • Valid state licensure and ASHA certification (CCC-SLP), or eligibility
  • Prior experience providing speech therapy in school settings, including work with moderate to severe caseloads
  • Familiarity with IEP planning, intervention strategies, and collaborative practices
  • Excellent communication, organizational, and documentation skills
  • Compassion, patience, and skill in empowering students with special needs
  • Ability to adapt to changing educational requirements and collaborate within multidisciplinary teams

Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver targeted speech-language therapy to assigned caseloads: preschool, elementary, or middle school students with moderate to severe needs
  • Develop and implement IEPs, conduct assessments, and document progress
  • Collaborate closely with teachers, special education staff, and families to support student outcomes
  • Participate in team meetings, professional development sessions, and compliance reporting
  • Ensure services align with federal, state, and district protocols
  • Contribute creative solutions to address unique student communication challenges
