What you’ll bring:
- Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology and current California licensure
- Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) or eligibility for Clinical Fellowship Year (CFY)
- Prior experience in school-based or pediatric settings strongly preferred
- Bilingual fluency in Spanish and English (required)
- Strong understanding of therapy approaches for preschool-aged children
- Effective communication, organization, and collaboration skills
- Dedication to supporting diverse students’ needs and helping them achieve their potential
Your responsibilities will include:
- Conducting assessments and developing Individualized Education Programs (IEPs) for preschool students with varied speech and language needs
- Delivering direct and indirect speech-language therapy individually and in groups
- Collaborating with teachers, families, and multidisciplinary teams to promote student progress and engagement
- Maintaining accurate documentation and progress reports in accordance with school and legal requirements
- Providing guidance and support to staff and families regarding communication strategies
- Fostering a nurturing, inclusive learning environment where bilingual students thrive
