Key Qualifications & Experience:

  • Current, valid Speech-Language Pathologist license required
  • ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) required
  • Experience working with school-age children or in educational settings strongly preferred
  • Skillful in evaluating, diagnosing, and treating a wide range of speech, language, and communication disorders
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills with students, families, and multidisciplinary teams
  • Ability to create individualized treatment plans and maintain detailed documentation

Primary Responsibilities:

  • Conduct comprehensive speech and language assessments for students referred for speech services
  • Develop and implement individualized education program (IEP) goals in partnership with educational teams
  • Deliver direct therapy to students with varying degrees of speech and language needs
  • Keep clear, timely records of student progress and session notes
  • Participate in IEP meetings and collaborate closely with teachers, parents, and support staff
  • Assist in the development of classroom strategies and modifications to support student success
  • Provide ongoing education and support to staff and families as needed
