Key Qualifications:

  • Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program
  • Active Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) from ASHA
  • Valid state licensure to practice as an SLP
  • Experience providing therapy in educational settings preferred, but strong clinical candidates considered
  • Strong communication and documentation skills
  • Ability to foster a positive, growth-oriented environment for students of diverse backgrounds

Primary Responsibilities:

  • Conduct assessments to identify students’ speech, language, and communication needs
  • Develop customized treatment plans aligned with IEP goals
  • Deliver engaging, evidence-based therapy sessions in individual and group settings
  • Collaborate with teachers, staff, and families to support student progress
  • Monitor and document outcomes, ensuring compliance with district and state requirements
  • Attend IEP meetings and contribute meaningfully to interdisciplinary teams
  • Stay current with best practices through ongoing professional development
