Qualifications:

  • Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology
  • Current ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence in Speech-Language Pathology (CCC-SLP)
  • Valid state licensure (or eligibility to obtain)
  • Previous experience working with children or in a school setting preferred
  • Strong communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently as well as part of a multidisciplinary team

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assess, diagnose, and treat speech, language, voice, and fluency disorders in students
  • Develop and implement individualized treatment plans tailored to each student’s needs
  • Collaborate closely with teachers, support staff, and families
  • Maintain timely and accurate documentation of evaluations, progress notes, and treatment outcomes
  • Participate in IEP meetings and contribute to ongoing educational planning
  • Provide support and education to teachers and families regarding students’ speech and language development
