Desired Qualifications & Experience:

• Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited institution
• Valid state SLP license and ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC)
• Prior experience delivering therapy services to school-aged children is preferred
• Strong ability to collaborate with multidisciplinary teams, teachers, and families
• Exceptional communication, record-keeping, and organizational skills
• Proficiency with assessment tools, therapy strategies, and individualized education program (IEP) development

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct comprehensive assessments and screenings to determine student needs

• Provide therapeutic interventions, both individual and group sessions, tailored to each student’s requirements
• Maintain accurate documentation, progress notes, and participate in IEP meetings
• Collaborate with educators, parents, and support staff to optimize student success and carryover of therapy strategies in the classroom
• Offer guidance, resources, and support for staff and families regarding speech and language concerns
