Qualifications:

• Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program
• Current SLP license (NY state) and ASHA certification (CCC-SLP) or CFY eligible
• Prior experience delivering therapy services to school-aged children preferred
• Strong organizational and problem-solving skills
• Ability to adapt therapy techniques to individual student needs
• Excellent interpersonal and written communication skills

Responsibilities:

• Assess and diagnose speech, language, and communication disorders in students
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans and goals
• Provide direct therapy services in both group and individual settings

• Maintain clear and timely documentation of sessions, progress, and compliance with IEPs
• Participate in IEP meetings and contribute to team-based planning for student success
