Qualifications & Desired Experience:
- Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology
- Active SLP-CCC certification
- Valid state licensure to practice as an SLP
- Previous school-based experience preferred, but open to those with strong clinical backgrounds
- Skilled in evaluation, treatment planning, and progress reporting
- Strong communication and teamwork skills
- Dedicated to promoting inclusion and student success
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver direct, individualized, and group speech-language therapy onsite to students
- Conduct comprehensive assessments and develop personalized intervention plans
- Collaborate with teachers, parents, and multidisciplinary teams to support students’ educational goals
- Participate actively in IEP meetings and document progress meticulously
- Offer training and resources to educators on integrating communication strategies in the classroom
- Adapt therapy approaches to meet diverse student needs
