Pediatric Skilled Nursing Facility Speech Language Pathologist (SLP) in Spencer, TN

What we’re looking for:

• Active Tennessee Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) license
• ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence in Speech-Language Pathology (CCC-SLP) or current Clinical Fellowship Year (CFY) status
• Experience or strong interest in serving pediatric and school-aged populations
• Skilled in assessment, treatment planning, and progress monitoring for students with diverse speech/language needs
• Background in healthcare-based, school-based, and pediatric settings is appreciated
• Strong communication abilities with students, families, and interdisciplinary teams
• SLPA supervision is not required; SLPAs are not eligible for this role

Key responsibilities:

• Conduct speech and language evaluations and interpret results
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans in accordance with school requirements and student IEPs
• Provide direct therapy services to students in individual and group settings
• Collaborate with teachers, staff, and families to maximize student outcomes
• Document progress regularly and participate in IEP meetings
• Maintain compliance with all state, district, and ethical guidelines
