As a Speech-Language Pathologist, you’ll make a lasting impact in both elementary and middle school settings, shaping students’ academic and personal success. This is a contract position with a focus on in-person, on-site therapy; virtual applicants and SLPAs are not being considered.

Assignment Details:

  • Training Day: September 1, 11:00 AM – 3:00 PM
  • Start Date: September 9, continuing through the end of the school year
  • Schedule: Monday – Friday, 37.5 hours per week (exact daily hours to be determined)

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology or Communication Sciences and Disorders
  • Valid state SLP licensure and ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) or candidates in Clinical Fellowship Year (CFY) status
  • Experience working in school settings is strongly desired
  • Pediatric SLP background, with skills in assessment, intervention, and program development for diverse student populations
  • Strong interpersonal communication and collaboration abilities

Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver speech-language therapy to students at elementary and middle school levels
  • Conduct evaluations and write comprehensive reports for students referred for speech-language services
  • Develop and implement individualized education program (IEP) goals and therapy plans
  • Participate in IEP meetings and collaborate with educators, administrators, and families
  • Monitor student progress, maintain accurate records, and provide progress documentation as required

$2,490 - $2,678/Week Estimated weekly earnings represent hourly wages, based on 38 hours per week, and expense reimbursement for eligible candidates. The actual amount may vary based on hours worked, eligibility for reimbursements, and seasonal adjustments.
