Skilled Nursing Facility Speech Language Pathology (SLP) | Tecumseh, Michigan

We are seeking a skilled Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) with a valid Michigan license to provide part-time therapy services in a school setting. This position offers a manageable caseload of 48 students ranging from kindergarten through 12th grade. The workday runs from 7:40 AM to 3:00 PM, allowing you to make a meaningful impact within a structured schedule.

Key responsibilities include:

• Delivering skilled speech-language therapy services aligned with students’ Individualized Education Programs (IEPs)
• Utilizing Augmentative and Alternative Communication (AAC) devices to support student communication needs
• Conducting teletherapy sessions as needed to ensure continuity of care
• Collaborating with educators and other professionals to develop and implement comprehensive treatment plans
• Monitoring and documenting student progress in compliance with regulatory standards

Qualifications and desired experience:

• Michigan state license and Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) required
• Experience supporting K-12 students in a school environment
• Proficiency with AAC devices and teletherapy service delivery
• Strong communication and documentation skills
• Ability to manage a caseload independently and effectively
