Qualifications and Experience:

  • Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program
  • Current state licensure (or eligibility) as an SLP
  • Certificate of Clinical Competence in Speech-Language Pathology (CCC-SLP) preferred
  • Previous experience working with pediatric or school-age populations
  • Strong communication, organizational, and collaboration skills
  • Ability to develop and implement individualized therapy plans
  • Comfort with documentation and progress tracking systems

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct comprehensive assessments of students’ speech, language, and communication abilities
  • Develop individualized treatment plans targeting each student's unique needs
  • Provide direct therapy services, both individually and in group settings
  • Collaborate with teachers, parents, and multidisciplinary teams to support students’ educational goals
  • Monitor and document student progress, making data-driven recommendations for ongoing intervention
  • Participate in IEP meetings and contribute to the development and review of educational programs
  • Provide guidance and resources to school staff for supporting students in the classroom
