Qualifications & Desired Experience:

  • Current California Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) license or eligibility
  • CCC-SLP, SLP-CFY, or SLP with pediatric experience strongly preferred
  • Skilled in providing therapy services for school-aged children
  • Experience working within healthcare or educational settings
  • Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills
  • Commitment to in-person service delivery for the duration of the school year
  • Passion for helping students succeed in their academic environment

Core Responsibilities:

  • Conduct comprehensive speech and language assessments and develop individualized treatment plans
  • Deliver evidence-based therapy sessions tailored to students’ unique needs
  • Collaborate closely with teachers, families, and multidisciplinary teams to support student progress
  • Maintain accurate and timely documentation in accordance with school and state guidelines
  • Participate in IEP meetings and contribute to educational planning
  • Provide mentorship and support for SLP-CFYs if experienced
