Key Qualifications:

  • Active California Speech-Language Pathologist license required
  • Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) or Clinical Fellowship Year (CFY) candidates welcomed
  • Background in therapy for pediatric populations, especially in school settings
  • Experience or interest in working with PK-5th grade students
  • Strong communication, collaboration, and documentation skills
  • Must be available for full-time, on-site work—remote options and SLPAs will not be considered

Primary Responsibilities:

  • Deliver direct speech-language therapy to PK-5th grade students in a school environment
  • Assess students’ needs and develop individualized education plans (IEPs)
  • Collaborate closely with teachers, administrators, and family members to develop effective interventions
  • Maintain detailed and timely records in compliance with district guidelines
  • Participate in IEP meetings and consult with multidisciplinary teams
  • Provide progress monitoring, adjust interventions, and communicate student growth

Details & Schedule:

  • In-person position—no remote or SLPA assignments
  • School year begins August 10th
  • Full-time: 38.75 hours weekly; days run 7:45 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. (includes a 30-minute duty-free lunch)
  • Unpaid holidays as per school calendar
