Desired Qualifications:
- Active California Speech-Language Pathologist license
- ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) or Clinical Fellowship Year (CFY) eligibility
- Experience delivering therapy in pediatric, educational, or healthcare settings
- Strong clinical skills in school-based SLP, focusing on students from PK-5th grade
- Excellent collaboration and communication abilities
- Commitment to in-person service delivery (not open to SLPAs or virtual providers)
Responsibilities:
- Provide assessment and therapeutic intervention for students with speech, language, and communication challenges
- Develop and implement Individualized Education Programs (IEPs) in coordination with educational teams
- Track student progress and maintain accurate clinical records
- Participate in multi-disciplinary meetings, family communication, and professional development activities
- Offer consultative guidance and training to staff and families on speech and language support
