Pediatric Skilled Nursing Facility Speech Pathologist - Vallejo, California

Desired Qualifications:

• Active California Speech-Language Pathologist license
• ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) or Clinical Fellowship Year (CFY) eligibility
• Experience delivering therapy in pediatric, educational, or healthcare settings
• Strong clinical skills in school-based SLP, focusing on students from PK-5th grade
• Excellent collaboration and communication abilities
• Commitment to in-person service delivery (not open to SLPAs or virtual providers)

Responsibilities:

• Provide assessment and therapeutic intervention for students with speech, language, and communication challenges
• Develop and implement Individualized Education Programs (IEPs) in coordination with educational teams
• Track student progress and maintain accurate clinical records
• Participate in multi-disciplinary meetings, family communication, and professional development activities
• Offer consultative guidance and training to staff and families on speech and language support
