Step into an impactful role supporting K-12 students as a dedicated Speech Language Pathologist for the 2025-2026 school year. This full-time, in-person position offers elementary, middle, high school, and K–12 assignments, allowing you to align your expertise and interests with student needs. Reporting to the Director of Special Education, you'll play a pivotal part in fostering communication and developmental milestones for students at various stages.

Key Qualifications & Preferred Background:

  • Active California SLP License required
  • Experience in pediatrics, school-based settings, healthcare, or teletherapy highly valued
  • Open to both Clinical Fellows (CFY) and experienced SLPs (CCC)
  • Demonstrated commitment to supporting students with special education needs and their families
  • Skilled in assessment, evaluation, and multi-disciplinary consultation processes
  • Ability to build positive relationships and bring lightheartedness and fun to the workplace
  • Familiarity with all phases of special education, including IEP planning and implementation

What You'll Do:

  • Deliver diagnostic, assessment, and intervention services for speech, language, articulation, and auditory disorders
  • Collaborate with teachers, service providers, and families to design individualized supports
  • Participate actively as a member of IEP teams, sharing expertise and advocating for your students
  • Guide and advise staff on tailored language programs and strategies across learning environments
  • Engage in direct therapy with students, helping each child reach their communication potential
