Key Qualifications:
- Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program
- Current ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP)
- Valid state SLP license (or eligibility to obtain)
- Experience with pediatric and school-based caseloads strongly preferred
- Excellent communication, collaboration, and organizational skills
- Ability to develop Individualized Education Programs (IEPs) and coordinate with education teams
Responsibilities:
- Provide direct therapy to students, both individually and in small groups, targeting speech, language, voice, and fluency disorders
- Conduct thorough assessments, document findings, and share recommendations with staff and families
- Develop, implement, and monitor IEPs
- Serve as a resource for classroom teachers and parents to support communication goals
- Maintain accurate records of progress and comply with federal, state, and school requirements
- Participate in multidisciplinary meetings and professional development as needed
