Pediatric Skilled Nursing Facility Speech Language Pathologist (SLP) in Woodstown, NJ

Key Qualifications:

• Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program
• Current ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP)
• Valid state SLP license (or eligibility to obtain)
• Experience with pediatric and school-based caseloads strongly preferred
• Excellent communication, collaboration, and organizational skills
• Ability to develop Individualized Education Programs (IEPs) and coordinate with education teams

Responsibilities:

• Provide direct therapy to students, both individually and in small groups, targeting speech, language, voice, and fluency disorders
• Conduct thorough assessments, document findings, and share recommendations with staff and families
• Develop, implement, and monitor IEPs
• Serve as a resource for classroom teachers and parents to support communication goals
• Maintain accurate records of progress and comply with federal, state, and school requirements
• Participate in multidisciplinary meetings and professional development as needed
