Qualifications and Desired Experience:

  • Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program
  • Valid state licensure or eligibility for licensure as a Speech-Language Pathologist
  • Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) preferred; strong CFs will be considered
  • Prior experience or clinical practicum in a school setting is a plus
  • Familiarity with IEP documentation and service delivery in compliance with educational standards
  • Excellent communication, collaboration, and time management skills

Responsibilities:

  • Provide direct speech and language therapy to a diverse caseload of students in accordance with IEP goals
  • Conduct assessments, screenings, and evaluations to identify students’ communication needs
  • Develop and implement individualized treatment plans focused on improving academic and social outcomes
  • Collaborate with teachers, support staff, and families to create and maintain supportive learning environments
  • Maintain accurate documentation of services, progress notes, and compliance records
  • Participate in IEP meetings, multidisciplinary team discussions, and share insights to assist in educational planning
