Key Qualifications & Experience:

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Communication Sciences and Disorders or a closely related field
  • Active SLPA license required
  • Proven ability to provide quality services in school or healthcare settings
  • Experience working with PreK–5th grade students preferred
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills

What You’ll Be Doing:

  • Assess speech and language skills to help identify each student’s needs
  • Create and implement customized treatment strategies based on individual education plans (IEPs)
  • Deliver direct therapy services in collaboration with supervising SLPs
  • Maintain detailed records and progress notes in accordance with school and state requirements
  • Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams, teachers, and families to ensure continuity of care
  • Manage a caseload averaging 50 students, sustaining engagement and positive outcomes
