Skilled Nursing Facility Speech Language Pathology Assistant - Exeter, California

You’ll provide essential services to a diverse group of pre-K through 5th grade learners, with an average caseload of 50. Key Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Communication Sciences and Disorders or a closely related field
• Active SLPA (Speech-Language Pathology Assistant) license
• Experience providing therapy in school or healthcare settings preferred
• Strong communication, organization, and collaboration skills
• Ability to adapt to varying site schedules (start between 7:30–7:45 am)
• Committed to a full-time (40 hours/week), 8-hour workday

Primary Responsibilities:

• Complete speech and language assessments to determine student needs
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans in accordance with IEPs
• Deliver SLPA services and support progress documentation
• Collaborate closely with supervising SLPs, educators, and families
• Foster a positive, inclusive, and supportive learning environment for all students
