Step into a rewarding contract opportunity supporting students from pre-kindergarten to 5th grade as a skilled Speech-Language Pathology Assistant. This role begins August 6, 2025, and extends through June 5, 2026, with a steady 40-hour workweek and a manageable caseload averaging 50 students. Your day will start between 7:30 and 7:45 AM, depending on the site, and will encompass a full 8-hour schedule.

What You’ll Bring:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Communication Sciences and Disorders or a related discipline
  • Active and current SLPA license
  • Experience providing therapy in both school and healthcare settings
  • Strong interpersonal skills for working with children, families, and educators
  • Ability to work independently and effectively meet deadlines
  • Willingness to conduct onsite work with no remote/teletherapy options

Daily Responsibilities:

  • Perform speech and language screenings and assessments to pinpoint student needs
  • Collaborate with supervising SLP and special education teams
  • Develop, implement, and monitor individualized treatment plans
  • Deliver direct speech-language services according to IEP requirements
  • Document progress and maintain thorough, timely records
  • Adapt therapy materials to engage learners across a diverse age range
