This contract opportunity spans from August 6, 2025, through June 5, 2026, offering a stable full-time schedule of 40 hours per week. The daily start time varies by site between 7:30 and 7:45, with an 8-hour workday. You’ll provide support to a caseload averaging 50 students.
Key qualifications include a Bachelor’s degree in Communication Sciences and Disorders or a related field, along with an active SLPA license. Previous experience in both school and healthcare settings is highly valued, and you’ll be comfortable collaborating with a multidisciplinary team to support students’ communication needs.
Desired Experience & Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Communication Sciences and Disorders or a related area
- Active SLPA license
- Familiarity with school-based and healthcare SLPA practices
- Experience working with pre-K to 5th-grade students preferred
- Strong organizational and communication skills
- Comfortable managing an average caseload of 50 students
- Ability to begin assignment in early August and commit through June
Responsibilities:
- Conduct comprehensive speech and language assessments
- Develop and carry out individualized treatment plans
- Deliver SLPA services as outlined in IEPs
- Document student progress and collaborate with staff and families
- Maintain compliance with all guidelines and deadlines
