We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Occupational Therapist (OT) to join a school district in Milton, Washington, for the 2026–2027 school year. This full-time opportunity is ideal for an OT who is passionate about helping students develop the skills needed for success in the classroom and everyday school activities.

Responsibilities
- Conduct occupational therapy evaluations and develop individualized treatment plans.
- Provide direct and consultative occupational therapy services to students.
- Develop, implement, and monitor IEP goals related to fine motor skills, sensory processing, self-care, and school participation.
- Collaborate with teachers, families, administrators, and multidisciplinary teams to support student success.
- Participate in IEP meetings and provide recommendations for accommodations, adaptive equipment, and classroom strategies.
- Maintain accurate documentation and ensure compliance with district, state, and federal requirements.
Qualifications
- Current Washington Occupational Therapist license or eligibility.
- Bachelor's, Master's, or Doctorate degree in Occupational Therapy from an accredited program.
- School-based or pediatric experience is preferred but not required.
- Strong communication, collaboration, and organizational skills.
- Ability to work effectively as part of a multidisciplinary educational team.
