This full-time, in-person contract role provides an engaging, supportive environment serving students from PreK–12th grade across multiple sites. Qualifications and Skills:
- Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in Speech, Language, and Hearing Sciences or Communication Disorders
- Previous experience as a paraprofessional or within a school environment is beneficial
- Understanding or training in language and/or articulation therapy preferred
- Excellent interpersonal, collaboration, and communication skills
- Eagerness to learn new strategies and contribute positively to the team environment
Responsibilities Include:
- Implementing individualized intervention programs under SLP supervision
- Assisting with assessments, data collection, and documentation
- Supporting progress monitoring, testing, and scoring
- Collaborating with therapists, educators, parents, and other professionals
- Attending meetings to provide insights on student goals and progress
- Ensuring safe student transport to therapy or testing areas
