Desired Qualifications:

  • Valid SLPA licensure or certification required

Responsibilities:

  • Support licensed Speech-Language Pathologists with direct and indirect therapy services for students
  • Implement individualized education programs (IEPs) and therapy plans as guided by supervising SLP
  • Document student progress, maintain detailed records, and assist in evaluation processes
  • Collaborate with teachers, staff, and families to ensure student success and consistency of care
  • Foster a positive, supportive learning environment that encourages communication development
  • Participate in school meetings and contribute to IEP teams as needed
