• Current and active SLPA license
• Experience in educational or healthcare settings as an SLPA preferred
• Comfortable managing a caseload averaging 50 students, ages pre-K to 5th grade
• Strong communication, collaboration, and organizational skills

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct speech and language assessments to determine student needs
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans
• Deliver speech-language services according to IEP guidelines
• Document progress and collaborate with supervising SLPs, educators, and families
• Maintain compliance with district, state, and federal regulations
