As a skilled Speech-Language Pathology Assistant working alongside educational teams, you’ll provide essential therapy services to a diverse caseload of around 50 students throughout the academic year. Your days will be dynamic and rewarding as you help young learners build communication skills that will last a lifetime.

Key Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Communication Sciences and Disorders or related field
  • Active SLPA license required
  • Experience in school or healthcare settings preferred
  • Strong assessment, treatment planning, and documentation skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
  • Comfortable working with children ages PreK–5th grade

Core Responsibilities:

  • Conduct comprehensive speech and language assessments to pinpoint student needs
  • Develop and implement individualized treatment plans according to IEP guidelines
  • Deliver SLPA services in both group and individual settings
  • Collaborate with teachers, special educators, and families to monitor student progress
  • Maintain accurate records and contribute to IEP documentation
  • Adapt to varying daily start times between 7:30–7:45 AM as assigned by each site
  • Uphold confidentiality and adhere to all professional and district standards
