Pharmacy Director Duties

Pharmacy Director Education Requirements
A pharmacy director must have the proper degrees and credentials, combined with plenty years of experience, to be considered for the position. Whether or not pharmacy directors have a master of science or Ph.D. credential, it is more important that the prospective director have experience in the field. There is also a residency and dissertation required over six years in order to gain the experience and reputation needed to ascend the ladder.
