Deliver exceptional patient-centered care in a supportive environment specializing in long term care services. Experienced LPNs and RNs are sought for a contract role where your clinical skills will help improve the lives of residents needing ongoing medical and daily living support.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate nursing care for residents with chronic health needs
- Administer prescribed medications and treatments, ensuring safe and effective delivery
- Collaborate with physicians, interdisciplinary teams, and family members to provide coordinated care
- Monitor and document vital signs, patient progress, and any changes in condition
- Support residents with daily living activities and encourage independence where possible
- Adhere to infection control protocols and safety standards in a long term care setting
- Provide compassionate emotional support to residents and families
- Supervise and mentor aides or other support staff as assigned
Qualifications:
- Current and unrestricted LPN or RN license
- Strong clinical assessment and critical thinking skills
- Previous experience in Long Term Care or similar environments preferred
- Familiarity with electronic medical record systems
- Excellent communication and organizational abilities
- CPR certification (current)
- Commitment to upholding high standards of patient care and professionalism

$1,350 - $1,469/Week Estimated weekly earnings represent hourly wages, based on 36 hours per week, and expense reimbursement for eligible candidates. The actual amount may vary based on hours worked, eligibility for reimbursements, and seasonal adjustments.
