Deliver exceptional care as a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) in a dynamic healthcare setting. Key Responsibilities:

• Provide direct patient care under the supervision of RN staff and healthcare providers
• Deliver tracheostomy care and monitor respiratory status, ensuring patient safety
• Administer medications and perform treatments according to clinical protocols
• Document patient observations, interventions, and responses in medical records
• Support patient and family education regarding care plans, procedures, and home care needs
• Work collaboratively with team members to implement individualized care plans
• Maintain professional standards of practice and adhere to all facility guidelines
• Respond promptly to patient calls and urgent situations with appropriate interventions

Qualifications:

• Current and valid LPN license required
• Demonstrated experience providing tracheostomy care
• Strong clinical assessment and patient care skills
• Ability to communicate clearly and compassionately with patients, families, and colleagues
• Basic Life Support (BLS) certification, active and up to date
• Previous experience in a hospital or acute care setting preferred
