Deliver exceptional patient care on a dedicated contract assignment by leveraging your nursing expertise across various settings, including Med Surg and long-term care. Qualifications & Experience:

• Active LPN or RN license in good standing
• Minimum of one year experience in Med Surg, long-term care, or a related acute care setting
• Current BLS certification required
• Strong interpersonal, communication, and teamwork abilities
• Proven skill in patient assessments, medication administration, and electronic health record documentation

Responsibilities:

• Deliver safe, evidence-based care to patients according to facility protocols and individualized care plans
• Thoroughly monitor and document patient status, promptly reporting changes to providers
• Collaborate with physicians and the interdisciplinary care team to achieve quality outcomes
• Administer medications and perform wound care as needed
• Educate patients and families, providing support and answering questions regarding health status and treatments
• Maintain a safe, supportive, and respectful environment for every individual in your care
