Required Qualifications:
- Current and unrestricted LPN license
- Proven trach care experience

Responsibilities:
- Deliver skilled nursing care to patients, focusing on those with tracheostomy needs
- Monitor respiratory status and provide routine trach and suctioning care
- Administer medications, perform treatments, and update patient records
- Collaborate with RNs, physicians, and the broader care team to ensure optimal patient outcomes
- Educate patients and families on trach maintenance and other essential aspects of ongoing care
- Effectively respond to changes in patient condition and document interventions in a timely manner
