Qualifications & Experience:
- Active and unencumbered RN license
- BLS and ACLS certification required
- Minimum of 2 years’ recent Cath Lab experience preferred
- Strong critical thinking and communication abilities
- Proactive, adaptable, and able to thrive in dynamic clinical situations
Responsibilities:
- Prepare patients for cardiac catheterization, electrophysiology procedures, and interventional cardiology
- Monitor patients pre-, intra-, and post-procedure
- Collaborate with physicians, technologists, and fellow nurses for optimal patient care
- Maintain accurate documentation and uphold safety protocols
- Provide patient education and emotional support throughout the care continuum
