Schedule/Hours:

Qualifications:

• Current, unencumbered RN license valid in Iowa or compact state
• Minimum of 1-2 years of recent Cath Lab RN experience
• Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS) and Basic Life Support (BLS) certifications required
• Strong critical thinking, assessment, and communication skills
• Ability to adapt to fast-paced and changing procedural environments

Responsibilities:

• Provide high-quality pre-, intra-, and post-procedure care for patients undergoing cardiac catheterization and interventional procedures
• Monitor patient condition closely and respond rapidly to any complications
• Collaborate with physicians, technicians, and fellow RNs to ensure patient safety and optimal outcomes
• Maintain accurate documentation throughout the patient care process
• Educate patients and their families about procedures, recovery, and ongoing cardiac care
