Step into a rewarding nursing role in a specialized cath lab environment, where your expertise will make a direct impact on patient care. As a Registered Nurse in this dynamic team, you’ll be vital to procedural support, patient monitoring, and interdisciplinary collaboration in a fast-paced cardiac setting.

Schedule Details:

  • 1 weekend call shift per month (included in total call requirements)
  • Weekday call: 4-5 days per pay period
  • Scheduled call hours: End of shift until 7:30 AM Monday through Friday
  • Weekend call: End of shift Friday through Monday 7:30 AM

Qualifications & Experience:

  • Current and valid RN license required
  • Prior experience in a cath lab or critical care setting highly preferred
  • Strong cardiac monitoring and intervention skills
  • Ability to remain calm under pressure and respond to rapidly changing situations
  • BLS and ACLS certifications required

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide comprehensive nursing care to patients undergoing cardiac catheterization and interventional procedures
  • Monitor patient condition before, during, and after procedures, adjusting care as needed
  • Operate, monitor, and troubleshoot specialized cardiac equipment
  • Collaborate closely with physicians, technologists, and other nursing staff to ensure patient safety and positive outcomes
  • Participate in on-call rotations, including occasional weekends, as part of a supportive team
  • Maintain accurate documentation and uphold best practices in patient care
