Registered Nurse - Catheterization Lab - Granger, IN

Schedule highlights:

• Rotational schedule with one weekend on call per month
• Weekday call required 4–5 days per pay period (weekend included in total)
• Weekday call schedule: From end of shift until 07:30, Monday through Friday (per scheduled rotation)
• Weekend call schedule: From end of shift on Friday until 07:30 on Monday

Desired Qualifications:

• Current and valid RN license
• Minimum of one year of recent Cath Lab experience preferred
• Basic Life Support (BLS) and Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS) certifications required
• Strong critical thinking and communication skills
• Ability to remain calm under pressure and manage emergencies efficiently

Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver direct patient care during cardiac procedures, including monitoring patient status and administering necessary medications
• Support physicians and technologists throughout all phases of invasive cardiovascular procedures
• Prepare, assess, and educate patients and their families regarding procedures and post-care instructions
• Maintain accurate documentation and adhere to strict safety protocols
• Respond promptly to emergent situations, ensuring patient safety and effective interdisciplinary collaboration
