Registered Nurse - Catheterization Lab in Granger, IN

An exciting opportunity is available for an experienced RN with strong Cath Lab expertise. This contract role is focused on delivering exceptional patient care within a dynamic medical environment.

Schedule & Call Requirements:

• One weekend on-call per month
• Weekday on-call: 4–5 days per pay period, including the weekend requirement
• Weekday on-call hours: End of shift until 7:30 AM the following day (Monday–Friday)
• Weekend on-call: Friday end of shift to Monday 7:30 AM

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide specialized nursing care to patients undergoing cardiac catheterization and related procedures
• Monitor patients before, during, and after procedures to ensure safety and optimal outcomes
• Administer medications, assist physicians, and maintain sterile environments within the Cath Lab
• Assess patient conditions, document findings, and communicate effectively with the healthcare team
• Respond promptly to emergencies and follow established protocols
• Maintain and operate specialized Cath Lab equipment

Qualifications & Desired Experience:

• Current and unrestricted RN license
• Proven experience in a Cath Lab or interventional cardiology setting
• Strong clinical assessment and critical thinking skills
• Ability to work efficiently under pressure and in a fast-paced environment
• Detail-oriented with exceptional organizational skills
• Excellent communication and teamwork abilities
• Current BLS and ACLS certifications

$2,299 - $2,432/Week Estimated weekly earnings represent hourly wages, based on 40 hours per week, and expense reimbursement for eligible candidates. The actual amount may vary based on hours worked, eligibility for reimbursements, and seasonal adjustments.
