Qualifications:

• Current and unrestricted RN license
• Minimum one year of recent experience in a hospital-based Cath Lab or interventional cardiology setting
• BLS and ACLS certifications (AHA)
• Proficiency with cardiovascular monitoring equipment and procedural support
• Strong communication and critical-thinking abilities

Responsibilities:

• Provide direct nursing care during cardiac catheterization procedures
• Monitor patients’ vital signs, document assessments, and intervene as needed
• Prepare and maintain sterile fields; assist with diagnostic and interventional procedures
• Collaborate closely with cardiologists, techs, and allied health professionals
• Educate patients and families on procedures, post-care, and discharge instructions
