Responsibilities:

  • Deliver skilled nursing care to patients undergoing dialysis, following established protocols and standards of practice.
  • Monitor patients’ conditions, manage complications, and provide education to patients and families on renal care.
  • Collaborate closely with nephrologists and multidisciplinary teams for comprehensive patient management.
  • Maintain accurate and timely documentation of care delivered.
  • Adhere to infection control, safety, and quality assurance protocols at all times.

Qualifications:

  • Active RN licensure in good standing.
  • Minimum of 1 year prior experience in Dialysis/Nephrology nursing.
  • Current BLS certification; ACLS preferred.
  • Excellent clinical assessment, communication, and organizational skills.
  • Adaptability and enthusiasm for working in new environments.
