Registered Nurse - Endoscopy (RN) - Arden, North Carolina

Schedule/Hours:

• Variable shifts
• Four weeknight calls and three weekend calls within a six-week rotation

Desired Skills and Experience:

• Current, active RN license
• Prior experience in Endoscopy or GI Lab settings essential
• Strong proficiency with endoscopic procedures, sedation protocols, and patient monitoring
• Comfort with fast-paced environments and advanced equipment

Key Duties and Responsibilities:

• Provide pre-, intra-, and post-procedure nursing care to endoscopy/GI patients
• Thoroughly monitor patients and respond proactively to changes in status
• Prepare, utilize, and maintain specialized endoscopy equipment
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure optimal patient outcomes
• Accurately document all relevant patient information in compliance with facility protocols
• Participate in rotating call schedule, including required weeknight and weekend calls
• Adhere to infection control and safety procedures throughout patient care
