Registered Nurse - Endoscopy (RN) | Hendersonville, North Carolina

Schedule/Hours:

• Variable shift schedule
• Expect 4 weeknight call shifts and 3 weekend call shifts within a 6-week rotation

Qualifications:

• Current, unencumbered RN license
• Minimum of one year recent experience in Endoscopy or GI Lab required
• Competency in assisting with endoscopic procedures and post-procedure patient care
• Strong clinical judgment and crisis management skills
• Ability to adapt to variable shift times, including scheduled call obligations

Core Responsibilities:

• Deliver safe, compassionate, and skilled nursing care to patients undergoing endoscopic procedures
• Monitor, assess, and document patient status before, during, and after procedures
• Collaborate effectively with interdisciplinary teams and physicians for seamless patient care
• Respond promptly to patient and procedural complications, demonstrating quick-thinking and effective interventions
• Maintain compliance with infection prevention policies and uphold the hospital’s high standards for patient safety
