Registered Nurse - Endoscopy (RN) | Lithonia, Georgia

Experienced registered nurses with a background in Endoscopy/GI Lab nursing are invited to apply for a contract opportunity. Schedule:

• Choice of 12-hour or 10-hour shifts

Desired Qualifications:

• Current and unrestricted RN license
• Proven experience in Endoscopy or GI Lab settings
• BLS and ACLS certification (must be current)
• Ability to assist with conscious sedation and provide procedural support
• Excellent assessment, critical thinking, and communication skills
• Previous experience in a hospital or acute care environment is preferred

Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver safe, compassionate nursing care to patients undergoing endoscopic and GI procedures
• Monitor patients before, during, and after procedures to ensure stability and comfort
• Collaborate with physicians and interdisciplinary teams to achieve optimal patient outcomes
• Document all interventions, assessments, and changes in patient status accurately and promptly
• Effectively respond to emergencies and provide ongoing post-procedure teaching and discharge instructions to patients and families
• Maintain strict adherence to infection control protocols and best practices

$2,064 - $2,176/Week Estimated weekly earnings represent hourly wages, based on 40 hours per week, and expense reimbursement for eligible candidates. The actual amount may vary based on hours worked, eligibility for reimbursements, and seasonal adjustments.
