Key Qualifications:

• Current RN license, valid in New York (or compact state eligibility)
• At least two years of recent clinical experience in any of the following: Endoscopy, PACU, or PreOp
• Active BLS and ACLS certifications
• Exceptional communication and critical thinking skills
• Proven adaptability in a fast-paced, multi-disciplinary environment
• Previous travel nursing experience preferred, but not required

Primary Responsibilities:

• Deliver safe, compassionate nursing care to patients undergoing endoscopic procedures, surgery, and anesthesia recovery
• Complete comprehensive preoperative assessments and patient education
• Monitor and support post-anesthesia recovery, recognizing and responding to complications
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to assure seamless care transitions
• Document assessments, interventions, and outcomes accurately
