Registered Nurse - Endoscopy - Weaverville, NC

We are seeking an experienced Registered Nurse with a strong background in Endoscopy and GI Lab procedures to join a dedicated healthcare team. Required Qualifications:

• Valid and unrestricted RN license
• Proven experience in Endoscopy and GI Lab environments
• Current BLS and ACLS certifications
• Strong knowledge of endoscopic equipment and procedures
• Excellent communication and critical-thinking skills
• Attention to detail and the ability to respond quickly in emergent situations

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare patients for endoscopic procedures, ensuring comfort and safety
• Assist physicians during diagnostic and therapeutic GI procedures
• Monitor vital signs and provide ongoing assessments throughout procedures
• Administer and monitor conscious sedation according to protocols
• Manage equipment setup, usage, and ensure proper sterilization
• Document patient information, assessments, and procedural details accurately
• Deliver post-procedure care and patient education regarding recovery and follow-up
• Collaborate with fellow clinical team members for optimal patient outcomes
